There are seven rooms available for reservations. At this time, Rooms 7 and 8 are the ASF rooms and are not available for reservations. The library classroom is also not available for reservations in this system.
Study Rooms may be booked from 30 minutes up to 3 hours at a time. You are allowed up to 6 hours per day.
You will receive verification emails. Please check in and check out of the room from your verification email. You may be asked for your room approval email, so please retain it.
If a room is not officially reserved, you will be allowed to use it on a first-come, first-served basis. Any person or group using an unreserved room must vacate the room when approached by a group with a reservation.
Policies concerning appropriate behavior, food and beverage policies, and general use of library spaces align with the patron code of conduct policy. Everyone will be expected to adhere to reasonable noise levels.
The Library staff reserves the right to deny excessive bookings in order to make the rooms available to other students when necessary.
The Library staff reserves the right to change or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
