The collection of the Law Library is intended primarily for legal research. For that reason, many of the materials do not circulate so that they will be available to all who use the collection.
Students, faculty / adjuncts, and staff of Widener Law Commonwealth, Delaware Law School, and Widener University are entitled to borrow circulating items.
Law school alumni may obtain a Library Card and borrow up to six items. Members of the bench and bar may also obtain a Library Card and may borrow up to three circulating items.
Library materials may be renewed by logging into your library account.
General members of the public do not have borrowing privileges.
