Civil Procedure (or Civ Pro as it is commonly referred to by students) refers to the rules governing the methods and practices used in civil litigation. An example is the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are located at the end of the last volume of Title 28 (Appendix) of the United States Code (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure), in the Title 28 volumes of U.S.C.A., and located after the Title 50 volumes of U.S.C.S. in the Court Rules volumes.
