Widener Law Commonwealth Faculty and Adjunct Guide

This guide is specific to resources available on the Harrisburg campus.

Form for Course Reserve

Faculty videos and books may be placed on Course Reserve for student use.  Course Reserve materials automatically follow the Reserve checkout time period of three hours.  You may request a circulating title be moved from the stacks to reserve.

Course Reserve request forms are available in the library.  A Course Reserve request form should be completed for each item to be placed on reserve.  Please allow for adequate time to process your materials.

One of the menu choices of the online catalog is Reserves.  A user can search by the professor or by the course title to determine what has been placed on reserve for that particular course.

At the end of the semester the items on Course Reserve will be returned to the respective faculty member.  If the items are to be maintained on reserve for the following semester, or on permanent reserve, please indicate this on the request form.

Exams:

The library maintains permanent files of course examinations on TWEN.  If you do not wish to place your current semester exams in the permanent file, please indicate this on the request form and they will be returned to you at the end of the semester.  If you do not wish any of your current or past exams to be placed on permanent reserve, please contact Susan Giusti.

If you have any questions, please contact Susan Giusti.
