Many books in the library deal with issues of discovery- the disclosure of information in preparation of litigation. In addition to the sets discussed in this section, check the Legal Information Center catalog under the subject heading “Discovery (Law),” for other titles.

The Legal Information Center has many materials oriented toward the practitioner which can help in trial preparation. A search of the LIC’s catalog under the subject “Trial Practice—United States” results in over 450 entries on this topic. West Publishing’s “Trial Practice Series,” is a good example. Volumes in this series address a wide array of subjects including attorney fee awards, cross examination, jury selection and trial objections.
