Delaware opinions that are not reported in Atlantic Reporter are referred to as unreported opinions. Current unreported opinions can be found on the Delaware Courts' website. They are also usually on Lexis and Westlaw.
The Delaware Law Library collection includes unreported Delaware opinions in paper from the early 1970s to the mid 2000s. The coverage varies by Court and we did not always get a copy of every opinion.
Family Court - Family Court opinions are generally unreported. They are available on the Court's website from 2016. The Law Library's paper collection covers 1972 to 2014.
If we do not have an unreported opinion in our collection, you will have to contact the appropriate Court.
